Finally finished ARR after a loooong hiatus and got hooked back into the game. Learning the intricacies, aiming for the RP servers, life is swell. Last thing I needed was to get MCH which doesn't unlock until level 60.
When I finished ARR, I was excited to be so close at level 50, until I got bummed out that post-ARR doesn't have as much exp rewards as ARR did. "Oh well," I thought, "I'll just blaze through this since it doesn't seem like much more than talking/deliver quests."
My god.
If the length of those quests individually didn't threaten my probability of renewing my subscription, the fact that JUST when you think you're almost there.. now you can't progress because you have to do a side-quest to unlock the rest of the MSQ or three mandatory hard mode trials.
I am three quests away from finishing post-ARR but it feels like a prank is being pulled on me because I can't progress until I do another series of side-quests to unlock the next MSQ.
I am aware that the missions ALREADY are trimmed from what they used to be (I don't even want to know how long it used to be) but it still feels like a lot of these missions don't need to be here.
