All Gold Stars and 11M Class Points - Cosmic Exploration Retrospective Feedback

I wanted to take the time to offer extensive feedback for Cosmic Exploration, as I believe this content had considerable potential that was not met in this expansion. I would like to see DoH/DoL content like this continued into the future, but also for it to be improved as much as possible when it does return.

With my server finishing all Auxesia upgrades over a week ago now, I have taken a good bit of time to sit on my thoughts and refine them with much consideration. It is my hope that some of this makes it to the development team for their consideration for potential future content of the same variety.

This will be a longer thread and I appreciate anyone taking the time to read it. I am going to keep this brief as possible while still touching on as many topics as I can provide good feedback on, so please forgive any details I brush over or omit for the sake of character counts. This will be an initial post and 2 replies.

About the Author

To explain the perspective this feedback comes from:
I am Peridot Grayflame from Excalibur, in the North America server region.
I was first on my server to earn the "Ready for Liftoff" title, for completing all mission gold stars on Sinus Ardorum. On the subsequent planets I was one of the first three on my server to get the respective all-gold titles.
Additionally I completed the all-500k class point grind during Sinus Ardorum, won Star Contributor at least once every planet, and have now passed 1 million class points in all classes.

I will be highly critical for much of this feedback. So let me begin with a note of major positivity:

An Earnest Commendation

I want to extend my admiration and respect for the developer(s) responsible for Sinus Ardorum's original mission designs. Sinus Ardorum as released was in my opinion one of the most intentionally-made and well-designed pieces of non-combat content in the game. So many missions functioned as stepping stones and tutorials, and there was a clear skill progression through the missions. Following all the missions prepared the player to tackle the pinnacle of difficulty the content had to offer.
I want to extend my deepest thanks for your hard work on Sinus Ardorum, as this was some of the best non-combat content to ever come to Final Fantasy XIV. I truly felt I was playing through an experience carefully crafted and designed with the highest attention to detail, and I believe the earnest work done there should be something the creator(s) are always proud of.

Should only one piece of feedback I am here to offer make it to the developers, I hope it is this sentiment.
