I am attending Fanfest in April and so is my best friend, who walks with a cane and has a few other needs. They put that in their ticket info, but were never reached out to about it. So I did some digging and got them in contact with the right person! I don't exactly know what the ADA coordinator can guarantee, but if you or your friends want to try and flag / find out yourself, the contact is Anyta Cavitt and the email I received was from ada@tradegroup.com.The number in her signature is 214-764-7102.
You will need to provide your usual contact details AND your ticket or order number to verify.
