hi everyone , I was normally playing XIV doing grind like other days on my laptop . before i heading into north horn area,
i got the quest and heading to the north . the map loading is forever , few min later it showing no respond , then game got crushed.
after that i tried to login again, just the same forever loading and crushed.
i tried to login as my Alt character . is normal. till i get to Occult Crescent . and i login My main they are still stuck in loading into the map .so i start the game again ,i was at the character login title see if i could transfer to other DC to cancel loading into north . but it said i have to login first . but once i login, my character still stuck in the map loading and crush again.
i also check my diver are updated, and i been playing well before getting to north . I dont know hows that happen ,and it seem just only happen in North horn .
i don't know how to fix it .
may i please ask for some help please ?
