Key assumptions:

  • No major system-level changes (akin to the removal of TP)
  • Class gets something every 2 levels (i.e. level 82, 84, 86, 88, and then a "capstone" at 90)
  • In line with what we can tell about SQenix's existing design direction for jobs (e.g. no skill should end up being totally useless, every skill has some use somewhere; healers and tanks are meant to do damage too, with much simpler damage rotations than DPS)
  • No need to provide specific potency/cooldown numbers, though you can if you want to. A general idea of what the skill is intended to do and how it's meant to be used will do!
