So to say me and my friend are new to MMORPGs in gerneral is an massive understatement.
We now played FFXIV for like 20 hours and we are about LV19. So my friend plays as a Tank and we recently have to clear a Dungeon as our main quest. so we waited for party members and startet playing. after a while this one guy startet to write in the chat - "You need to watch your aggro, like srsly bro" - "You need to watch your aggro, like srsly bro". "Chill dude" everything went smooth up until this point in our opinion - then the guy said - "No man I'm out" basically leaving us no choice but to quit the dungeon. my friend now is massively demoralized because we have no clue what the heck he wanted! We are used to singleplayer and we just try to get to grips with the systems of an MMO and it frankly sucks to get smartmouthed by long time players basically sayin to us "git gud" with no explanation. So can someone tell me WTF he wanted my friend to do exactly!? Thanks for the Help!
