As the title says; in order to win you NEED to play aggressive. Claiming the ovoo that spawned near your base when you're 1k points behind is NOT going to get you a win. You NEED to push, hit your PvP buttons and wipe teams to claim THEIR ovoo.
If you aren't winning fights, playing MORE passive will not get you a win. Smart aggression gets you victories. This has been the case in ALL PvP modes.
For anyone that doesn't know how to PvP I suggest joining PvPaissa and / or Revival Wings to get some knowledge.

Go hit a dummy at wolves den, read your abilities and figure out how to hit your burst. It's not hard. It's just a few buttons you hit in quick succession.
