Date & Time: (Varies, any instance entering this duty.)
System: Windows 10 PC, 64bit, latest updates and drivers.
Frequency: Per duty run.
World name: Sargatanas
Character name: Veigar Runeterra
Party or solo: Party
In-game time: (Varies, any instance entering this duty.)
Area and coordinates: YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse Alliance Raid
Steps:
1. Have music set to 100%.
2. Other audio effects set to 50% or lower.
3. Music is still drowned out by sound effects during battles, due to a surplus of players executing attacks, if all (24) players' actions are visible.
4. When exiting raid, music is significantly louder and/or clearer than alliance raid.
5. Adjustments performed to volume sliders to "reset" volume to appropriate levels outside of raid, where everything can be heard perfectly even at 100% for all audio values.
Previously, there was an instance/situation where one audio track was raised in volume due to it being too low. In 5.01, the title screen music was raised: "The volume of the title screen music has been increased." It would be appreciated if the same approach was taken to remedy the music being unintelligible with so many players executing actions. (This may normally be fine in a single player dynamic but with so much going on it's hard to hear with vocals being included in the audio track.)
EDIT: I'd like to add that via the FF14 subreddit there also been a few instances of people posting that while all tracks in the alliance raid are lower than the rest of the in-game music, the final track is moderately higher in volume than the rest, but still low in comparison to other in-game music.
