Ticket 12149568 in this case. I get a reply asking me for details that were already in the ticket. And when I try to reply to the message to say as much, I just get an error of "Unable to send report. Please try again."
For the case in point, I just filed another ticket. It's already cumbersome enough to file a ticket ONCE, though.
