I contacted the GM team today in order to resolve my transfer that was not going through, after telling them twice that it was still not working they sent me their feedback response instead of offering to help me for a service that I paid for.
I've doubled checked that Behemoth is not Congested and I no longer have any shared estates or items for sale on the Market Board.
