"If you're going to the moon, you're no longer looking up at the sky to see the celestial bodies in relation to the moon. There's no moon in the sky to look at if you're on the moon yourself since you don't have geomancer skills to read the star underneath you. Thus, the readings of the celestial bodies ruled by two moons would make no sense. While such a skill would prove very useful to teach you, it will not serve to avail you in your endeavors." - What Jannequinard would say so we don't learn Nocturnal Sect in 6.0 just like how we lost Time Dilation.
