By allowed I mean nothing is done about it. I realized this and stopped caring some time ago when one I reported remained up for days despite a GM vowing to take care of it. Why all the warnings about RMT and hilarious "Action Taken" updates of suspended accounts while this goes completely unnoticed?
Simply further gating access to the PF would be a start toward eradicating this. The farmers don't have an infinite number of accounts, so why not deny them even more by making software tokens a requirement? Oh, and of course actually banning the accounts that run these PFs 24/7 could help.
