Heya all, I took a short break of the game and now was in the mood to replay the MSQ up to level 50, so the ARR part. It turns out, NG+ starts at Heavensward and only offers the addon MSQ and some other stuff, but no ARR in sight. I didn't find any reason given for that, and I fear they won't include it anymore 
Does anyone know a reason, or ever heard whether SE plans to add it later on? Thanks everyone, have a great day/evening, and stay safe!
