Hey there, This is probably a super noob and stupid question but no choice here xD
I mained Ninja and Red Mage for a while, then wanted to explore other roles and started as Conjurer on Saturday. I am now a lvl 39 White Mage and enjoy it quite a bit.
What I severly struggle with is: I know I should use Esuna to dispell debuffs. But with people buffing up through various abilities, I'm sometimes not so sure how to spot if sth is a buff or a debuff.
Is there any advice or a list of debuff symbols that could help me out here?
The other thing I just need to get used to is to leave my OCD behind and stop topping off people when they are at 80% HP since I know from the various guides and resources out there my job is not keep everyone at max. HP but surviving.

PS: I feel this experience also benefits me being a better DPS after seeing the oother part of this
