So im new and im not 100% sure what to play.The downtime of global cooldown is a major issue so far. So which is the job in later levels that you least need to wait before hitting another button. What job can you pretend , you are playing piano with? I never play casters in mmo because i cant stand the cast downtime but this game implements it in global cooldown so its a real issue for me.
