When going to a new zone, or doing one of those "Look at the Scenery" MSQ quests, the weather should be locked to Sunny or at least Fine

I've been stewing on this one for a while, because -for some reason- I've got absolutely absurdly poor luck when it comes to visiting new zones.

In Radz-at-Hahn and in Dawntrail, entering the zone where the camera gives us these big sweeping views, and then our characters look around and comment on the vista, or those quests where you're set riding an automatic-mount as someone comments about the locations around you... and every single time, it's either Foggy, or Driving Rain.

"Wow, even from here, the water from those falls looks heavy!" Alisaie exclaims, pointing out a waterfall that's just barely visible through the fog.

"I can't even see the top of that mountain!" Alphinaud remarks, pointing to a mountain that isn't visible at all in the sleeting rain.

The whole point of these scenes is to show off the zones, and when the weather is bad, nothing is shown off.

Just give a temporary instance or something that forces you to have fine weather when you first arrive, that then synches up with the normal weather after a few minutes. It'd be fine for the fog or rain to come rolling in, but it's crazy when this happens and you can't see shit.

I can't believe I'm the only one that always has this happen to them.
