So I'm currently leading a static and everything is fine. Raiding is pretty fun and there are nice people. But we have a problem with our machinist. She's a really nice person and I don't wanna flame her for anything, but she doesn't really do damage (around 12-13k). We have some other new people in the static, but you can see that they really wanna improve. They ask us about their rotations, kill dummies etc. Something like that is absolutely fine for me. But our mch is raiding since stormblood and she was never better than that. I already had a few talks with her and her answers are always like: „sorry, I'm tired today“ or "yeah, I know what I need to improve“ or „I'm just raiding for fun“ but I never see her training on dummies and her rotation is pretty fucked up as well. I really don't know what to do. She's a really nice person and I actually want to have her in my static, but we need her damage and if she doesn't seem to do anything about it we ain't getting further with raiding.
Got anyone similar problems or has an idea what we should do?
