It was the Shadowbringers trailer for me honestly. Never saw anything so awesome before. Everything from that Damn music to just the presentation of it all was just mind-blowing.
Then I had to figure out how use a ps4 controller,mouse and keyboard all together since this was my first mmo,and it was the best decision of my gaming life. Then I played my way through several of the amazing game adventures in my 29 years of living.
I've heard some people say they saw TV commercials about it and that what got them started. I'm abit envious of the FFXIV veterans from the beginning of it all. I bet those are some awesome war stories to hear
