What mechanics would you like to see (more often) in casual/extreme content ?

Hello guys.

What kind of mechanics would like to see more often in trials or even casual content ?

For example :
- A boss that deals a permanent DoT for the group. Of course, strong enough to force me to use more than just medica 3. (poisoned ground, reflect percentage of damage done, ...)

- Random mini-tankbuster on dps/heal players so tank use their short mitigations to protect someone else.

- Multiple targets to destroy if we want to (temporary) debuff the boss.

- Two bosses and a strong add (striking weaker than the bosses) that should be tanked by the tanks and a dps. (because both give strong buff to each other)

I don't do savage/ultimates so I don't know if those mechanics exist in those difficulties.

And you, what would you like to see ?
