What Kind Of Weapons Have A Lightning Effect/appearance?

I was doing either the castrum or praetorium dungeon for the first time last night and the other Tank was a llalafel dressed like Thor. I noticed in one of the cutscenes his axe even glowed pink and had lighting on it. What kind of weapons do that?

Tiny Thor kicked ass BTW. Better tank than me.
