What I would have liked for BLM instead of the current changes

After personally playing with 7.2 changes on BLM I'm writing down some preliminary feelings I have towards this job. Yeah in theory nothing changed, my muscle memory easily carries me through all content as if there was no change. But it still feels bad. As if I am simply wearing the skin of the old style, poorly put together. It truly feels like they designed this for everyone, so it appeals to no one.

Here are some thoughts I had about what I would have preferred.

Revert 7.2 changes, go back to 7.1 and build off from there.

Upgrade for umbral soul at 100, as a trait, call it Elemental soul. Freezes and refreshes astral fire. Adds 1 in combat and 3 outside. Does not restore MP in fire. Can be great in between dungeon pulls and fight intermissions and helps mitigate BLM's slow start.

Delete thunderhead, and scathe. Revert thunder to previous iteration and bring back thundercloud. Thunderhead and it's tie to stance swapping is not a pleasant mechanic as it feels like an unnecessary restraint instead of a hurdle to overcome. It also just makes 2 target thunder application frustrating feels bad.

Sharpcast, forces thundercloud just as before, and slightly enhances fire starter damage to make it a GCD worth using in burst. Mathematically firestarter is a loss if not needed to cast while moving and it's currently more valuable to not use it and overcap when you manafont. Adding power with sharpcast helps resolve this issue and help with burst.

Buff foul specifically to 7.2stats, buff flarestar to 530 potency base but the slow cast should make the potency per second below Xenoglossy. Drop off damage can remain. Changes the feel to be a true capstone skill. Barely weaker than Xeno on single target, better than on 2 target. Big number.

Buff high fire 2 and high blizzard 2 base potencies to 130. Hopefully this is enough to make them both worth using on 3 or more.

Return enhanced flare back to high fire 2 and also grants 1 astral soul. Make enhanced flare consumable. Reduce astral soul provided by flare to 2. Rotation hopefully changes to HF2 -> flare -> HF2 ->flare -> flarestar.

Considerations:
Despair back to hardcast. Increase elements timer to 16. Retain infinite firestarter timer. Move while casting fire 4 once with sharpcast since now we apparently have the technology.
