There are a lot of posts where people reiterate that "x" is a bannable offense, and when I search the forums and reddit, I never actually find an instance where someone was banned for that. A few examples: skipping the msq cutscenes, going out of bounds on a map, housing decoration glitches and exploits, trigonometry, advanced combat tracker, zoom hack. I don't want to know if these are "bannable" or if you reported someone, I just want to know if anyone ever actually got banned for any of these things.
I know you can get banned for harassment, botting, position hacking, and the infamous ungarmax, but thats only though meeting people who actually got banned for those things.
