But, in this case, it means that guy is a test character from SE.

I have 2 SS with 2 tarutarus with that sign on before.

ROFL I just realized that's the same as the sticker I had on my car.

Weird fact: In japan they have two different types of bumper stickers. 1 is like you see there, the other is exactly the same design, but purple and orange instead of yellow and green. The yellow/green one means "novice driver", and the purple/orange one means "senior citizen driver". I put one on my car because I thought it was funny.

Anyway, I actually saw someone with that icon a long long time ago. I tried to talk to him but he didn't speak much english. i tried to ask him in broken japanese what that meant, and he said "SE game test character"
