When the camera is rotated at the right angle, the water reflection show red, only when the sun outside is rising or setting. Around 6am Eorzean is when I consistently notice it.
By waiting a little longer, the red reflection does not show anymore.
Reading through the "Insufficient Information" Bug Reports, I noticed someone else mention the same bug, but with other water features indoors.
