I haven’t played since 2016, I have 332 hours logged via steam. Admittedly I haven’t touched an MMO in a while but all the videos from Shadowbringers has me wanting to come back to Eorza.
I logged into steam and attempted to boot the game, only to realize I no longer know my Log in. I went to reset it and the Square Enix website says I need a one-time password. I can’t get the one time password. I’ve tried using the account manager and I’m asked for the one time password. I downloaded the square enix token and it asks for a password from registering to use the account manager. I can’t reset my email and I can’t register a new account because I’ve already registered the damn product codes I received from steam.
God free me from this eternal torment what do I do?? I tried contacting customer support but I don’t even know if I gave them enough info outside of my product codes.
