Steps:
1. The beard and eyebrows on this face has an obvious reflection that is especially noticeable when viewed from the sides, and on characters that have the option to use grey skintones (e.g. my character). In my case (attached screenshot), in the Coerthas Central Highlands the reflection/transparency is so bad it makes the beard option look like it's almost the same colour as my character's skin, instead of black. You can also just about see the eyebrows are also suffering from the same issue.
2. I opened up character creation to see if this bug is present in there. I tested it in multiple lighting options & the different locale previews, and whilst it doesn't show up grey, you can see the extra shine/reflection is still present on previews.
3. I also tested this on different skintones. Whilst on pale skintones you can see the beard is black, it's still extremely shiny in comparison to all the hair around it so I believe this is still unintended behaviour. You can also see the eyebrows here still suffer from the same issue.
4. I didn't include screenshots here but you can see this happening on multiple hair colours that are on the darker end of the available colour
