Viper Suggestion - Part 2

I made a post a while back with a couple suggestions on what to do with Viper in the event SE has no plans of bringing back Noxious Gnash. The suggestions went over pretty well so I would like to propose a couple more.

Reaving Fangs applies "Veiled Venom" to the target. Veiled Venom lasts for 10-15 seconds (time can be adjusted). The effect itself does no damage but can be "popped" by Vicewinder.

Hitting a target with Vicewinder while they are affected by Veiled Venom will consume the effect and damage the target for an additional 600 Potency (? I didn't do the math but damage equal to the amount of potency you gain currently from correctly rotating Steel Fangs and Reaving Fangs for 1 full Vicewinder cooldown) on top of the normal damage for Vicewinder.

What this does mechanically: Gives Vipers back the feeling of using Reaving Fangs situationally, only using it when required. Since Vicewinder is on a 40 second cooldown, and has 2 stacks, you have between when Vicewinder is completely on Cooldown, and when the stacks cap to apply Veiled Venom. So a lot of freedom there. Having the Veiled Venom debuff on a short duration also makes it something you have to actively consider when applying rather than fire and forget if it was longer.

Of all the ideas I've brainstormed to myself I think I like this one the most. Gives Vipers back a poison (it's weird they don't have one anymore) and gives Reaving Fangs it's situation use back.

Bonus Idea:

This one I have no hope of it ever actually happening. Not that I think anything I suggest would ever make it into the game, but I believe it conflicts greatly with SE's current job philosophy of "Jobs should be so simple a bar of soap can play them".

Inspired by a class mechanic from another popular MMO. Knowers out they may recognize.

Reaving Fangs randomly applies 1-3 stacks of Veiled Venom, up to a maximum of 6 stacks. When Steel Fangs hits a target affected by Veiled Venom it consumes 1 stack and deals an additional 200 potency (again didn't do the math this can be adjusted). Vicewinder consumes 2 stacks to do twice that potency (alternately Hunter's Coil and Swiftskin's Coil each consume a single stack).

Abilities which apply and consume Veiled Venom for this one can be adjusted based on feel, but I think this would be a really fun mechanic to play around. Again, I do think it's way too complicated for SE's simple job design but I wanted to put it out into the aether anyway.

Let me know what you all think!
