So my fiancé plays on a PS4 primarily, but I got him a gaming laptop for Christmas so that he could play on that if I’m using the PS4, or whatever other reason he wanted to. I play on a desktop, and he’s not really an end-game player beyond Expert Roulettes and current 24-man raids/8-man story raids (like Copied Factory & Eden.) He doesn’t do Ex Trials or savage so I usually get him his clear on his char after I’m done working on them with my main. But there’s something weird going on with his inventory. I got him his Hades Ex clear a while back, so he should have had 2 tokens. This was on the PS4. Last week I decide to farm more tokens for him so he can at least grab a weapon for his main job, but the tokens are gone. I log in on my desktop. Search shows that he has no totems in any of his retainers’ inventory, etc. I ask if he’s thrown them away, he said no but if he did it was accidental and he’d be careful not to in the future. Great, so at least now he knows what they look like, won’t be an issue. Get him two more clears (4 totems) and call it good. Today I ran three more runs on my desktop, got 6 totems. Great! With the 4 from last time - waaaait a minute... gone. Only has 6 total totems. Search shows... 6. Where the $&@! are the other totems???
TL;DR I seem to have Hades Totems vanishing on me when I swap platforms from PS4 to PC and vice-versa. My fiancé swears he hasn’t discarded them, and they’ve vanished on two separate occasions. Has anyone else had this happen to them or is my fiancé an idiot? His inventory isn’t remotely full so idk why he would do so even after being shown what they are/look like...
