Utility Summoner

Summoner has completely lost its identity over the years to the point where I struggle to even identify what the point of summoning even is on the class. Summoner used to be a utilitarian class that would manipulate its summons based on the content you were in. Basic rule was single target ifrit, aoe garuda, and titan if the tank died or open world. I remember scuffed summoner tank runs with titan egi on ramuh ex back in the day. I'm not asking for that again but I would like to see summoner have an identity around its summons again. I propose making the summons less about being candies that do nothing but rather be utility oriented.

Summon titan - Summons titan egi for 15 seconds and changes the summon button to an egi ultimatum. Useful for giving the party time to get the tank back up or an alternative method of handling some tank mechanics. Give it a 5 minute cd(or more).

Summon Garuda - Casts slipstream which gives 10 seconds of sprint to party members. No mit like expedient is needed but good to help allies move out of sticky situations or second add pack if you kill fast enough and sprints down.

Summon Leviathan - Casts a whirlpool that draws in nearby enemies and roots them. Good for those pesky caster mobs.

Summon Phoenix - Summons phoenix who maintains a regen on the party for its duration. Changes phoenix summon to something like rebirth. A very short duration mini excog on party.

Summon Alexander - Makes all of the summoners casts instant for 10 seconds

Summon Ramuh - Strike the target with a bolt of lightning stunning them for 5 seconds(no damage)

Change summoner to a more proc heavy class granting instants with procs and harcast basic attacks revolving around building dreadwyrm trance to summon bahamut. Replace carbuncle with ifrit and make its procs ifrit based. Maybe one proc use being instant damage and another being a burn that share proc charges. So you manipulate your procs around keeping your burns up and not overcapping. A mixture of guaranteed procs and chance procs with a simple enough rotation of maybe 8ish buttons could be very fun.
