Urianger will draw cards and hold them until they expire, this has been consistent in EW dungeons though I have not tested him with ShB trust dungeons, Dawntrail dungeons are fine as Urianger has been updated to use the new astrologian card system. Haven't tested other compositions either, currently using Urianger, Thancred, Alisaie, and playing as Viper.
