Please help. We are trapped in infinite loading at Upper La Noscea (14.6, 23.3) and require a GM to relocate us. We are unable to play the game at all.
One of the affected players is not technologically savvy and is trapped by this warp glitch at the same location.

Area and coordinates: Upper La Noscea (14.6, 23.3)
Steps:
1. I was on skyslipper with another player who is now affected by the same bug - Tanyuu Karibusa. She is not technologically savvy and is also stuck. We received a strange lag, ended up outside of the map, on the lake.
2. The game trapped me and Tanyuu Karibusa@Jenova in what appears to be an infinite warp/loading after we tried to get back into the map. This bug occurs outside of the map near Upper La Noscea (14.6, 23.3). I have theorized with a friend that maybe some packet loss occurred and server incorrectly located us outside the map and we unwittingly entered some kind of work in progress auto-warping from one dock to another?
