Hey there. Today my friend purchased a story skip for me so that I could enjoy the expansion content, but as soon as I started Stormblood and entered the map 'The Fringes,' I've been locked out of my character due to the same crash appearing every time I try to load into the game.
I've searched the internet for solutions but none have worked. I've tried the following:
Running the game with DirectX9 does change the error code, but otherwise it will still always crash when I try to log in. I'll post my system information below.
Obviously I'd like a complete solution so that I can play the expansion, but is it possible to have my character teleported to my home city in the meantime, so that I can continue to play while we resolve this? Thanks.

- Removal of shaders
- Disabling Steam Overlay
- Full reinstall
- Updating graphics drivers
- Running the game in Dx9 mode
- Changing the resolution and window mode
