I am reaching out today for my wife who is desperately trying to unlink the account that is registered to our PS4. Square enix support is sending us in an endless loop of submitting a form and telling us that there is insufficient information.
Problem is we do not know the email that is registered to the SE account on our PS4.
Is anyone familiar with getting in touch with SE via live chat or some other method than email bots?
