So I am having a pretty frustrating issue. When I start the launcher to download 5.4 it not only says that its downloading a couple of KB/s but also eventually the DL speed will continue to drop untill it reaches 0 and an unable to download patch file error message will pop up. I have great DL speeds usually in the 100MB range and no one else, where I live is having the same issue with speeds. I am connected directly to my router and have restarted it a couple of times
