My apologies if this is not the correct forum; however, I have tried using Support through e-mail and chat support (which is unavailable) to no avail.
I made purchases at the beginning of this month with no problems. I do recall that I was prompted to log in to my account 2 or 3 times during the process to finally enter payment info and finalize the purchases.
However, for more than a week I have been trying to purchase some new items in my cart without success. I do not get any error message - I also do not get the additional prompts to log in to my account, but I can hit "Proceed with Purchase" button.
When I reach the page where I indicate which character receives the items, the only button at the bottom of that page is "Back". I do notice that the account name/cart at upper right is a light gray, do not know if that is normal or not.
I'm not very knowledgeable about trouble-shooting computer or website issues, but is there a cache somewhere that needs to be cleared? I have removed temp files already. I'm hoping either tech support or our FFXIV community might be able to help me resolve this issue, since the sale is ending soon. Thank you!!
