Area and coordinates: Cloud Nine, Foundation
Steps:
1. Have enough centurio seals to buy over 100 ventures and be no where near cap on ventures
2. Go to the centurio seal vendor in the foundation and press exchange seals
3. Click on venture and set the receive ventures to 100 or
4. When pressing yes for the exchange, get a "exchange failed message"
5. Set the receive venture to 99 or less and exchange goes through
I had a bit over 2000 centurio seals and about 12.5k ventures and kept getting the error message.
