Ultima Website Problems

Greetings:

As I awoke this morning... I've noticed that for one reason or another, Comcast is blocking me from getting to the Ultima website. Oddly enough, I can get to the server it's on through other IP addresses.

If you are a Comcast customer or know someone who is.... You can access the Ultima site via a 2nd IP address: http://66.36.238.176

I've already phoned a complaint into comcast regarding this issue. In the meantime Round-Robin DNS should help those that may be affected by this issue.

Clarification:

The Ultima site/server/databases are not the problem, nor is the data center's problem.

I blame Comcast at the moment unless I find further evidence.

All I EVER hear (and I mean this totally and completely with no sarcasm) about Comcast is bad things - ever.

This issue has been resolved through Level3.
