Uh ohs... I need advice

So.. can't load game, goes to update then says update failed. If there wasn't another update, I donno.

POL loads without trouble. My PC did a windows update last night. Wondering if files got eaten in the process...

I don't run any mods at all.

Any thoughts?

ok, panic attack over. Went & reset my screen resolution (which had gotten changed w/o me doing it via last update). Seems to be working now.

The WOTG isnt a ISO, you just unzip and run the installer.

same thing happened to me, had to reset resolution and do the update un-windowed for it to work

I wasn't using any windowed mode, SE or otherwise ever.. donno what happened there. Only odd thing was the resolution at 1024x1024 (should have been at highest setting).
