1. Interact with The Anchor Yard spot
2. Select "Yes"

4. Advance to the fifth textbox. You can see the word "Diverse" is spelled instead as "Divers"
I attached a screenshot of the typo, not sure if the bug forum is the correct place to put this or if it has been reported but I didn't see it anywhere so here's to seeing that missing e get added lol.
