I tried emailing and calling support but everything is slow right now with the current world situation.
I bought the complete edition for PS4 the other day on sale. Thought I was snagging a good deal. I had ARR for PS3 years ago. At some point, it got upgraded to the ps4 version, though I never played it.
Unknowing how service accounts work, i just bought the whole complete edition. I didn't know just buying the new expansion would also give me the old expansions.
So trying to log in, I'm presented with two options:
I've read that you can only have one psn account tied to a service account. If this true?
So I'm a little terrified of i choose that option, it'll force me to create q new PSN just for one game which i dont wanna do.. But i already paid extra for the complete edition unnecessarily, i dont want to lose the game time and have to pack on more initial funds to start playing. Times are tough and I thought I was getting a good deal.
Can anyone verify if you can have two service accounts on one PS4 account? Any issues?

Add the new expansions from the complete edition to my existing service account, but lose 30 days of free game time that comes with it that I paid extra money for, because it can't be applied to an existing service account. Regardless if I haven't used it recently.
Create a new service account and apply the whole complete edition to it.
