Hey guys, what’s up? I’m currently in Shinryu, a Japanese DC, however I’m thinking about going back to American DC Mateus! Unfortunately it isn’t available on the transfer options. I’ve heard this server is currently congested!? Do you guys know for how long? Any hints or recommendations about how I should proceed? I really wanna join a friend’s FC there...
