So like most people who would even make a topic like this I encountered a toxic mentor. And in my 15 minutes of misery I spent with them I learned nothing about what might have been doing wrong. While they spent 15 minutes attacking people for not playing properly and I have to give it to the Bard in my group who jumped on them for being terrible at explaining just what that ment.
Anyway I'm rambling back on topic. So, we need a system where in if you have a experience like this you can file a complaint against the mentor and if that person gets enough complaints they lose their status for let's say 90 days. Not forever, but enough time to let them reflect on what it happened and maybe change their ways. And while to me it sounds reasonable I can see how if can be abused so maybe you have to have actually been in the dungeon with them and maybe it's like x amount in a month triggers the removal of their status for the 90 day duration.
As I'm not perfect(far from it) I'm sure this isn't some 100% airtight solution. So I leave the discussion up to you guys on if you think my idea is bad and how you might implement a similar system.
Let's discuss...?
