pls dont chain pull. We love you guys are playing, but starting to pull mobs when the current ones hit like 1/4 health is not cool in ff14, it is super hard to do aoe's and stuff while moving in this game. just wait for them to die and move on/sprint to next big group. 
Im only saying this because every leaf tank i've seen for the past 2 weeks has done this and its been driving me nuts
