Hello,
I will write down some small things in here which I suggest to implement into the game.
I do not expect people to agree with me here, as they usually never do but i am still gonna make my suggestions and will see what you think about them.
Please excuse my screenshot for being in german, because i don't play the game in English.
So, without any order of importance:
1)
Actual information of character stats:
Show the %value of crit, direct hit, determination etc. in the tooltip instead of a vague information about the value.
This will make it a lot easier for players to know what their gear actually does and what stats are important for their job.
2)
Implement Pinging or even drawing onto the minimap like most other mmo's have it.
World of Warcraft allows for pinging on the minimap, showing a location for party members.
Blade & Soul even allows for drawing lines onto the minimap.
This is very helpful for raid encounters and explaining other people where to go or stand.
3)
Speech bubbles for players.
NPC's already got them, but players don't for some reason.
Not only is it a very great feature from an RP perspective because the text appearing at your character makes it like your character actually says something instead of only reading the chat.
They also make it a lot easier to locate players, if you stand in a crowded place and someone writes something in the chat, you simply can't make out where the person stands, but if their text appears over their characters head.
4)
Combo Skills and skill pruning.
As i already mentioned in another thread, the amount of abilities to handle via hotkeys is too much and many people in the game agree with me.
We need Combo Attacks like we do in PvP in PvE, you can implement them optional if someone wants to play without them, but i don't know why anyone wouldn't use them at this point, now we will go to LvL90 and i am sure we get even MORE abilities and hotkeys to handle.
I helped myself using macros, but they are not optimal to play with and only work for certain abilities.
This macro does the same as the PvP Combo basically.
Also, there are plug-ins for FF14 that do exactly that if you use quick launcher.
So those are just a few things that came to my mind, and i am sure none of them will make it to the game, i had a lot more minor ideas, maybe i write them another time.
