Title Screen Of Previous Expansions: Can We Keep It After Log Out ?

Hi,
patch 5.3 gave the option to change the title screen to those of the previous expansions.
However it goes back to the Shadowbringers once you log out the launcher.

Is there a way to keep it anytime ?
