Tips for a new healer?

Hello! Im very very new to the game (less than a week), and MMORPGs in general. I’m playing a white mage, and recently I’ve noticed an increase in difficulty after level 40 or so dungeons. So far, no one has died under my watch, but I would really appreciate some tips! Anything would be awesome. Thank you all so much in advance!
