Does Tech Support even monitor connections/ports?
as so many others I do have the timeout/connectivity issues with all FFXIV services, sites, servers and the game.
Yet there is no Social Media presence to make players aware of any ongoing issues. There is no support at all because its not reachable.
I found this issue on 3 different ISPs as well as my mobile carrier.
This looks like a simple timeout issue.. so do you even monitor the connections made to your servers?
Again in points of Customer Support and Tech Support other companies are LIGHTYEARS ahead of SE.. it's pathetic.
