Time Mage Idea As Caster Dps

Hey y'all, I was brainstorming on what a Time Mage dps could look like and I decided to make a spell list of what popped in my head. I was thinking about traditional Time Mage spells but making it balanced for an MMO, mixed with Dissidia Ultimecia and some original spells for a Timewheel mechanic. Here's what I came up with, let me know what y'all think! :)

Time Mage (caster DPS, weapon: scale (similar to FF12)

Comet- Level 1 (Deals unaspected damage with 180 potency, 1.5 sec cast)

Slow- Level 2 (Applies a stack of Magicked Slow to the target, lowering attack speed and power by 2%, lasts 30 seconds, 15 sec CD, 2 sec cast, can stack 3 times)

Drain- Level 4(Deals unaspected damage with 50 potency and additional 30 potency every tick for 30 seconds, restores own health for dmg done, instant cast, on GCD)

Haste- Level 6 (Speeds up target's skill/spell speed by 15%, lasts 20 seconds, 25 sec CD, 2 sec cast)

Repeat- Level 10 (Automatically casts the last damaging spell a second time 5 seconds later, off GCD, instant cast, 30 sec CD)

Comet II- Level 12 (Deals unaspected damage with 120 potency to target and all surrounding targets, 1.5 sec cast)

Knight's Axe- Level 18 (Fires a magic axe at a single target that deals unaspected damage with 270 potency and adds a stack of Magicked Slow, off GCD, instant cast, 30 sec CD)

Quarter- Level 25 (Applies buff to Time Mage where 25% of the damage they deal in the next 15 seconds is auto casted at the target as a spell at the end of the buff, 90 sec CD, off GCD, instant cast, cannot be used with Repeat or other Timewheel manipulation skills)

Knight's Arrows- Level 30 (Summons 6 magic arrows around the user that automatically home in on the target 10 seconds after cast for 30 potency each, potency is increased by 10 for each stack of Magicked Slow, instant cast, off GCD, 20 sec CD)

Timewheel- Level 30 (Adds UI element for the Timewheel that keeps track of when delayed time magic will land, looks like a clock)

Pause- Level 35 (Pauses the Timewheel, stopping the flow of time for delayed time magic, action turns to Play when Pause is active. When Play is used, the flow of time is restored. This can be best used for phase transitions and between pulls.)

Comet III- Level 40 (Replaces Comet, deals unaspected damage with 210 potency, 1.5 sec cast)

Quicken- Level 45 (Resets cooldown for all damaging spells except Quarter, 90 sec CD)

Rewind- Level 50 (Moves the Timewheel back 10 seconds, repeating time magic spells cast during that time. Any new spells with delayed effects will still be on the wheel but cast later.)

Shockwave Pulsar- Level 52 (Deals unaspected damage of 380 potency to target and 50% to all other targets, 45 sec CD, off GCD)

Knight's Lance- Level 56 (Summons 3 magic lances that erupt underneath the target 15 seconds after cast, deals 300 potency total and adds a stack of Magicked Slow, 25 sec CD, instant, off GCD)

Fast Forward- Level 60 (Doubles the speed of the Timewheel for 15 seconds allowing for delayed effects to cast faster.)

Apocalypse- Level 64 (Summons a glyph on the ground that moves slowly to target and does damage of 220 potency to all targets within it 5 sec after cast, instabt cast, 20 sec CD)

Chronos- Level 68 (Replaces Comet III, deals unaspected damage with 250 potency and auto casts a second time 5 sec later, 1.5 sec cast)

Hastega- Level 70 (Speeds up all party members' skill/spell speed by 15% for 20 seconds, 120 sec CD)

Knight's Blade- Level 75 (Channeled spell that shoots 5 crimson swords at the target for 50 potency each every .5 seconds for 2.5 seconds)

Maelstrom- Level 80 (Unleashes a giant ball of energy at the target dealing 650 potency and 50% damage to surrounding targets, usable once 100 hits have been accumulated on the Timewheel and resets counter to zero, 60 sec CD)

Traits

Increased Action Damage- Level 30 (Increases base action damage by 10%)

Drain Mastery- Level 40 (Increases tick potency to 50, also adds to Timewheel)

Quarter Mastery- Level 50 (Updates Quarter to Demi, Demi now deals 50% of all damage done in the next 10 secinds and cooldown is now 120 sec)

Knight's Arrow Mastery- Level 55(Summons 8 arrows up from 6)

Increased Action Damage II- Level 60 (Increases base action damage by 30%)

Slow Mastery- Level 65 (Increases max stack of Magicked Slow from 3 to 4)

Timewheel Mastery- Level 75 (Adds a hit counter to the timewheel that goes up for every hit from a spell the Time Mage casts)
