Today I partook in an alliance raid that ended up being rather unpleasant and I felt the need to report the toxicity and language used within. A couple hours later GM Laghegath reached out for details about the event. They were considerate and professional and I have a newfound respect for this game's GMs. I wasn't expecting a response at all, nonetheless one which was so pleasant and left me feeling heard. I appreciate the work you do in supporting the players.
