While playing the samurai there is one thing that keeps coming up that annoys me to no end, when you dodge an attack Third Eye/Tengentsu doesn't activate leaving you in a worse position than if you hadn't dodged. You should never dodge an attack and feel BAD for doing so, I propose that the effect should proc on registering an attack not receiving damage.
